Beautiful Kenneth! I love the softness in the petals. Great colours and fantastic details. Into the favourites it goes.

Take care,

Joe thanks for the comments, I appreciate them and yes it is because of the soft focus around the edges that make it look grainy. Thanks again for stopping by and please come back anytime.

Looks like a painting Ken! Wonderful colors!
If any nitpick I have, it may just be to slightly lower the camera to make sure the sunflower is perfectly parallel to the lens plane..

I very much like the crop on this despite its central position. The details in the centre of the flower are very good and the softness of the petals very attractive. It’s unfortunate that there is an over all graininess in the image, this may have been intentional, if not it may benefit from being run through a noise reduction program.
In conclusion I find this an attractive piece and with a few minor changes could see this enlarged and on a wall.

Truly a nice photograph, a beautiful Macro & love the texture -- feathering into the soft focus (depth of field) of the background.

Beautiful shot. Very well done. My only comment of a constructive nature is that is seems a little grainy or noisy to me. Is this intentional?
All the best.

Thank you Angela I appreciate the comments, must have been reading my mind when I cropped the shot.

Truely beautiful shot. I love that you've cropped it so close and didn't feel the need to keep the whole flower in the background. There's great detail in the center of the flower and a softer focus as you move outward. That gives it a magical, fantacy feeling. 7
