This one is too harsh in lighting and expression-- I am spolied after seeing the other one that I just commented on. Face appears to "hot" in exposure.

um no not on the night... I am a tad opposed to hair lights as well but yeah I guess on the site its a little more dauntin than in the real thing ... loved your Team Meeting shot 2 btw
