Let me guess on that border...square selection tool, invert selection, add radius and cut. Correct? At least that's how I'd do it.
Only thing I don't like about this fine photo is I feel like I should grab one of those tools and get right to work! Sorry, I've got too many other things to do right now. Maybe next time?
