i love this photo
a basketetball hoop in a field is so out of the ordinary and you capture this unusual scene so effectively through your choice of composition, tones, and use of grain.

Moody shot Mark . . . the category 'from the field' is deceptive . . . it really means "Protographs of or by our members while on the job, either of themselves or depicting them at work or their work environment." Somehow I'm thinking this isn't your office! LoL! Still . . . it IS an interesting one.

This is nice, moody, especially the sky, and a bit sad and forlorn. I can imagine the sounds of people playing and living here, but now it's all gone except for the hoop.
