The idea is good except that the red ball looks artificial. Perhaps a white ball could give a monochrome effect to the shot. It may be better

composition: fantastic work! excellent rendering of shapes, dynamic composition played with the diagonal, good contrast between colours
Lighting: excellent, it emphasized shapes making them the subject of the image, excellent textured enforced by the light
Originality: a strong personal interpretation of an ordinary subject
Emotional appeal: good impact, a message from the image is "it's a wonderful day for playing"

I think this is a very original and arty photo. It has an almost abstract feel when viewed in the thumbnail because of the contrasting colour and shadow shapes. I really like it. It is simple and pleasant to look at.
