About ... and glad they can. This was taken when I stumbled around a corner at the 2006 Mendota Sweetcorn Festival... all these folks are survivors... each and every one has survived cancer of some sort. I did not know that at the time of "snap."... but in a weird and strange way... the central figure, the young lass... says more than I can. How do things like this happen? I mean, I saw a shot and took it, but there were layers and layers below the image... and I did not have a clue until long after, when I looked at the photo on my screen.
