About	This is a small stream with a lot of folliage and a small stone bridge near the end, taken at the university of the philippine campus. I thought looked like an image that monet would have painted. Thus in ps I added a some water color effect but just a little so as not to erase the photo appearance. I am not sure if this turn out right. But I wanted to give it a try.

i like the photo, think you did a good job here, i don't like the frame so much, a bit too bright for me and makes it hard to focus on the image itself.
