what makes this shot totally different,is that you have come up with a blurry focus...
the available shadows, the wideness your hand over your face,and the facial posture... specially with the eyes surrounded by shadows on the upper lip,hand's details ,slight shines on the top of your hair,lower lip all together have caused an acceptable portrait shot...
but again, it's the out of focus shot of yours that has taken all those technical beauties into my eyes,

Great work Sara.. Very wel done.. Told you that you could upload here.. your shots are all real great from my point of view.. but this one is my favorite so far.. not that the others aint great though.. anyway.. the pose is pretty original.. and teh exposure contrasts and tones are awesome.. ...what a beautiful LoOk!!
i really like this type of simple composition for Self shots! it's really nice with b/w tones.
...the only thing about this photo is that it's a little blury and just didn't made me feel!!
anyway....This is really lovely one!
