This is a great stop-action shot with a very good focus. The water is clearly frozen like crystal diamonds and the DOF is good too. Well done.

thanks for the comment Deniz, one word of advise from someone who has been taking photos nearly as long as you have been on this earth. do not try and presure people into commenting on your photos "waiting for comments" will put people off very quickly. let your photos speak for themselves and if you ask people nicely for a critique and not a comment you may find they are more receptive to doing so on your shots.

Ahhhhhh, this is so beautiful my friend!! Perfect timing and well done as usual! Yep, all hell broke loose here. Mason is on the mend, they had to change his cast today, he had them put a black one on, the first one was BRIGHT orange!! I'll post a pic of him later. Mom is healing but very slowly, she's 89 years old so I guess it may take some time. Hope all is well there with you and your wonderful family, I've missed "talking" to my usefilm friends! Take care! Darlene

Awesome capture, the focus is outstanding. These are not easy shots to get and you did a wonderful job here. You can even see water dripping from the duck, plus the details in the water are a big plus.
