I thank You Anindya, it is all in the posing and right lighting. I used a flash for fill light, and then used
a sharpening tool to overly sharpen then used an all over filtered softener to give her that soft skin look.

A little too soft in the eyes for my liking and there seems to be an unnatural blur in the middle of her forehead where the hair parts. Love her eyes, the catch lights and beautiful smile ? keep at it.

Actually I think the photo is meant to be soft. I think the softness actually adds to the photo and the girls expression.
