This is a very cool effect! I have an entire series of stills where I've taken a photo, and given it a tilt-shift look in PS, to look like a miniature. You've done that very well here!
Nice job! I like the paper thin quality you've given the sky. Very nice toy building! ;)

Ok, i belive you, but merely cause you say so ;)
AS Paolo says, great perspective and i add - fantastic low angle and tilting which together with the perspective and the colouring make a fantastic work!
Hm, i have to take next train to sthlm and find interesting buildings, just wait and see .... ha ha
