Hi Rafi,
That is a cool use of the filter, I think I like it more than the original. It has a neat way of making the windows look like a playground monkeybars or a cage... I also like the way the detail on the window washer came out very nicely.
It's always nice to see someone else tinkering with photoshop. :)
