This is a very remarkable work! The proportional distribution of major objects - the open sky, the disturbing cloudy sky, the strip of the ocean with the large rocks, and the ground - is done very thoughtfully (probably intuitively). The image gradually concentrates the attention to its central and most important part - the clouds, the water and the rocks. With perfectly selected level of edge burning you achieved further concentration of the attention.
The level of contrast and the dark duotone moves the perception to rather subconscious realm.
The mild level of grain to me cannot be considered a minus, though this image possibly would benefit more from crispness.
Overall I greatly appreciate this work. It is very emotional.
