Well, his comment wasn't nice. Join the old peoples' club, Paul. My husband and I are both 77 now and know all about the 'falling apart' stuff. He's going to have open heart surgery in May and I'll be having something with my heart soon, too.

Good shot!!! I went to the eclipse in 2017 and it was an awesome experience! I didn't go to this one because after the last one I got stuck in traffic for 12 hours and had to sleep in my car at a gas station!

Thank you, Paul! I was surprised it never got as dark as I expected. We were blessed that there were breaks in the clouds. Later in the evening, we had major thunderstorms. I had read you should wear red or green for some kind of effect. I wore red, but never noticed anything different.
