I totally agree with John.

By the way, what do you call that cup in Turkey? In the Arabian Gulf area we call it "estikana" and it's only used for tea.

Great shot.

Great face shot, Parvin.

If it's no trouble I have a couple of questions:

I was wondering about the 105 micro + d200 combo, how fast is autofocus? I mean could it focus on those quick little fishes or do I need a mod light and an AF-S lens?

And what housing\strobe do you use?

Ahhhhh.
A sand dune after the rain, doesn't get more beautiful than this.

By the way, this one reminds me of the famous photo by the late Saad Almansour, may he rest in peace.

I've been trying to use the recent sand storms in creating a good photo but I was unlucky.

I'm glad to see how you succeeded where I failed.
P.S. I can feel the sand in my eyes just by looking at the photo.

yeah I was using a housing at the time. And you are right about framing a fish underwater especially when you have a compact digicam with a long shutter lag and an uncooperative fish. This fish was a bit calm because it was near the end of the day.
