Nice soft dreamy look. I'm usually not too muich a fan of soft filters but if it works the the overall mood the the image it looks great, just like here. I like th overall dark look.
Her eye come out so nice.

Yikes, a balloon?? The Mom in me says take that away from him! Ha! But you did capture a great shot. Your selective coloring is very well done. Do you use photoshop to do that and just outline very carefully? Well done!

AH!
But since the eyes & lashes have no pores to distract, I would suggest limiting the filtering to only her skin, which gives additional prominence to her beautiful eye.

Paul the photo is not unintentionally blurred, it has a soft focus filter to keep the skin pores from taking focus from the eye, and is done Post exposure. Thank you for the comment and
