Interesting but I'm not sure I like the rotation though it does take a moment to figure out. I think it would be more interesting to show it as it sat, with the ocean in the background.
And I'm also not sure why this would be an entry in the tribute to Arnold Newman, who, as I understand, focused primarily on potraits. Just wondering.

Nice idea, good job. I would just think of cropping from above just a bit. Just an opinion, though. Colors (good yellow - red contrast) are striking. regards.

this is very good! the low shooting angle + the nice light + the gorgeous sky are the key points in my opinion. the bottle+fruit appearing in the picture are effectively chosen but i think different objects would work as well ;-)
