Very nice image. I like the way the building all face different directions and are all different colours. Makes for such an interesting image. The earthy brick building on the right in the foreground is the oldest with all the vegetation growing on it then you have a younger one but still older building with the redish tones on the left then the blue glass modern building of today in the background. Very well seen and excellent composition to capture the ages of all 3. Great shot.
Cheers - Ann

Ahhh nothing like a good belly shot to get that Bug's eye view. A good night shot Emmanuele. I like the people in there for scale and the foreground is interesting with it's undulating surface. Gives subtle but interesting texture. Makes it hard on the bug though Good shot.

I had to step back from my monitor to really appreciate the beauty in this image. It's a wonderful tree with an interesting twisted trunk and intertwining branches. Makes for a beautiful silhouette against such a colouful sky. The clouds at the top give a nice balance to the snow capped mountains in the lower part of the image. Gives it an illusional feel to it. A lovely image.

A lovely portrait of a sweet girl with a nice natural smile. The composition is excellent and the tones are soft with good lighting. The keyhole has interest catching subtle speckles of light in it. A very nice image Emmanuele.

What a great interesting tree. It has really nice autumn colours and I love the lean on the tree with the nice vine growing up the trunk. A good example of old age indeed. Good title and nice shot.

thanks david, my camera is a canon ixus 400, a little digital camera that i keep with me to shot impressive view (maybe just for me!) during my trip... Anyway, it's a easy cam for dummy! It's not possible to set field depht or any foundamental things as a camera designed for professionist or amateur . About the shot... let me say it was the best point of view avalaible!!! Otherwise i had to include terrific orange fence, man at work and other not so poetic subject. I'll bring with me your suggestions for the future...

Hello Emmanuele,
A very interesting shot, one with lots of potential. I am not familiar with your camera, so please I speak of what could be done, maybe not with your camera, but in general. The subject is wonderful, but maybe just a little lost in the background for it's full effect to be felt. I like your choice of black and white, but maybe if it were possible with a shallower depth of field to blur out the buildings and trees in the background and again just thoughts, but maybe maybe move the shot to the left and get low to the ground to emphasize the leaning of the gnarled old trunk on the brick support. Please just some thoughts, lots of potential here and I like the feel of what you have done, but maybe some ways to enhance what you have done already.
Dave
