Great colors. The composition could be a little more focused on the girls as they do seem to be the subject, IMO.

Nice vivid colors to match the clarity of the water. If it were me, I would tone down the direct lighting from the sky and focus it more towards the subject (the water wheel).

I think there are a few problems with this pic oguz - although it has promise, which is what drew my eye to it. First, the wall (with writing) or whatever it is at bottom adds nothing and makes it look like the gondola is about to crash into it. Second, the pic has little sharpness overall, which an image like this would benefit from hugely - the textures on the wall, the boat's outline on the water. I think there are probably limitations here imposed by the equipment used, but even so, little tweaks in technique can still make a picture look lots better. Here's what I did, I hope you don't mind.
