This is another terrific shot, Orguz. I love the bright spot of red of the cock's comb over the drabber surroundings. The clarity is really nice.

Basically, I like your photo very much. It has an old picture feel to it. One thing I think you should do is to blur or smudge the sky to get rid of the obvious pixelation.

I have to admit that this image has made me feel tired. I couldn't concentrate on any part of it, i mean, i really don't know where to look and what to see in it. I also couldn't find any contrast or congruity that would make the image attractive.

I'm sorry, I don't like what you did with the photo by adding the filter.
It could've been a good cultural photo.. But now all the details get lost in the filter. It just doesn't add anything to the photo. Sorry..

i like the open space left by the sky, and just the pink light on the wall gives the feeling of dusk, or dawn. But lazy time, either way. the birds also look like they are pretty content and not in a hurry. nice and subtle. I would like to see the wall and rocks and tower a little sharper, with all that sky in there.
