The light falls on doors waiting to be opened. Very peaceful, engaging.

This is a really cool shot. I like the use of the shadows here. The image looks a little soft and if it is intentional it doesn't quite work here. If it is supposed to be soft then it should be really soft or double exposed on the paper to create a shadow effect. Or soft around the outside 1/3 -1/2 the image and sharp within the central portion of the image. And a little too centered. The shadows work extremely well to create a mood here. And I agree with Debbie here that the image helps convey a sense of nostalgia. Great image. James

Love the shadows...I don't know why but the old door and doorknob and shadows "lighting" just makes me feel nostlagic.

Interesting image Mike. Is it just a touch underexposed, or is it my impression?

I like the tight crop. Keep posting please. I'd love to see more of your work :-)

Hi mike,

I like the pattern but I think you could lose the first white spot in the lower left corner it seems distracting from the rest of the pattern. Overall it does work and fits the project quite well.

I'm anticipating some home cooked food showing up on the table and having a wonderful meal with family. Takes me back to my childhood and a late afternoon.

I like this alot. I wonder how long it would have taken me to figure out what it was if I hadn't read the description. Looking forward to seeing more.
