Schönes Bild!

Mit der Schärfe und mit dem Kontrast, da hapert's ein bisschen, etwas ganz ungewohntes bei einem von Deinen Bildern ...

Hi Francesco

Thank you very much for your comment on my picture! Yes it's true and it is sad somehow, the sickle has been replaced by those very noisy grass cutters. Well, on the other hand those gadgets are faster and easier to handle for the men who cutthe grass, as they say. But there are still some extreamly cliffy places of the complex, where they're using thi sickle.

Another very good documenary picture of yours, Irish tradition, brought over the seas! I like the colors in the picture and its 'incredible sharpness'!

Hi Joanna

Thank you very moch for your comment on my picture "Junior Photographer And Earthhouse Architect"!

Surfing thru your portfolio here in UF aswell as in http://www.a71an.com I am quite impressed about the various pictures you show to us, and I learn from them aswell! Out of your portfolio here in UF I like this picture especially because of its colors, the perfect arrangement and last but not least I admire its hidden comic, well done!

Hi Dr Rafi

Please forgive me the for the since a long time outstanding answer to your very kind and long comment to my picture "Organic Lines", (http://www.usefilm.com/image/902665.html). As you know some German you miight understand the German saying: "Gut Ding will Weile haben" ...

Kindest regards, Urs

The above shown excellent, to my opinion deeply philosophic, very good seen and arranged picture of yours could also have the philosophial title "Who Am I" ... Well it doesn't give the answer, but it asks the question.

My wife and I do live in Dietikon since about ten years. Thanks to my education, thanks to the environment I was born into, I had and have the opportunity to travel and to work in severeal countries on our planet. I love it to explore our planet, I love it to communicate, to listen and to exchange meanings, ideas.

As you clearly recogniced and identified: One of my here in UF shown statues is from Sumatra, where my brother lived in the late 80's for 3 years, running an agriculture development-aid project, by order of the official Swiss foreign departement. The statue is a souvenir i took with me, when I visited him there, once.

Hi Dri

A very special perspective to look at a pool, a good idea!

To point out the main-declaration in your lovely picture, I would have cropped it a bit more, and also I would have replaced the to my opinion rather turbulant DOF by some blue sky, ... for dreamers ...

Oh yes, before I forget it: When I made the attached example to better explain to you my sayings of this comment, an old friend of ours was coming up, and wanted to greet you! ...

Kind regards, Urs

Hi Dri

Wow, a real lyric picture, full of emotions! I like it, it shows 'another side of your soul'.

I often wonder, wy people do use curtains on their windows, as windows are built to let the light come in. Is it to protect themselves to be seen, or is it to protect them to see to much of what happens outside? ... Could be some of both, who knows ...

However, the lonely plant on the round table seems to get enough light to survive, presuming it gets watered constantly ...

Very good work, Dri!

Hi Larry

Thank you for your comment! Switzerland is a very small, very lovely but also very mountainious country with less than 7'000'000 inhabitants. About 70% of our land is improductive, stony hills ... To my opinion if I would have to compare it with a state in the USA I would mention maybe Montana. So it is normal, that Swiss industry is specialised in building any sorts of cable cars, those systems are exported all over the world, and they have an excellent reputation. Thank you for seeing and mentionning it!

... An anecdote to Swiss people says, that we are a bit narrow-minded, because in which direction we ever look, we do see nothing but stony hills ...

Kind regards, Urs
