I am sorry, but I admire you for taking this shot! You are clearly not afraid of heights! This picture affects me. Which shows you nailed that perspective!

Nice colour saturation and composition. Your shaddows and highlights are spot on. Well seen and taken.

Ok, so generally and overall I love this image. I love the fact that you can see the smoke and the detail in it. Like the DOF and detail in the flare itself. Only big problem for me is that it is too tightly cropped at the top and bottom.

Interesting picture. Wild birds - and domestic - are generally scared of cameras so getting this shot requires a commendation. DOF is nice but focus is bit dodgy. Well taken

Herman who commented previously on this image saw it before editing and on print and yea, it has lost that "something". I will find the original and post it on site this week.

Hi Joggie, thanks for your comment. This picture was taken on the Namakwa National Park property between Kamieskroon and Springbok. It was a hill of just quartz pebbles, like you say with dwarf succulents and was taken during my practical year when I was a nature conservation student.

Sometimes we are too quick to "garden". Just adding my 2 cents but I like that twig.

Nice reflection. Pity the water was not still. Love the contrast from water to solid water - snow. Well seen and taken. Also like the shape of your image.

WOW!!! Well taken. It is nice to see the picture in the picture - the reflection in the car. Reflections make striking images especially when used as well as you have used yours. :)

Fortunately it is not me! Those guys are craZy. I jst went through a stage where I loved taking pics of downhill racing but sadly the photography becomes monotonous here with that sport.

Slow shutter created a mystical feel to an otherwise ordinary shot. Creatively done.

Such a simple subject that has been transformed into art. You have epitomised our art: taking something ordinary and making it extrodinary! Amazing. Love your frame!!! It enhances your pic and makes it come alive with its dropshaddow!
