Great Shot!

It would not look as good with a clear sky behind it. I really like the composition.

You too did it again!

I can not help but to gravitate quickly to beautiful skyscapes even though they are just thumbnails.

The large version looks like a satin sheet pulled over mountains in the distance.

The eyes say it all! I really like the fact that you were very close to ground level and caught the action the way you did.

As stated before... GREAT CAPTURE!

While catching the sunset tonight I had the Sirius radio playing "Smoke on the Water"...

I am with you on more of the scene could have been shown, I was a race official at the time and could not venture too far from my vehicle mounted radio. That and the fact that I was using a 2.1 MP camera with little wideangle properties prohibited me from getting better shots of that race.

I give you this from an earlier race...

What does DNA look like from the inside?

Now we know...

I have been a fan of Ansel since I saw my first mono Saguaro photograph as a young teenager having just moved to Arizona. I learned then the most common thread of his greatest photographs...the weather.

Now that I have my new camera I can't wait for monsoon season!

Being a Tucson resident, I love our doors and hope to do a project soon. Where was this taken?

I hope you don't mind but I submit to you a slightly more intensified (saturated) version of your excellent photo

I am interested in your Shutter and Aperture settings. Where was the sun and did you use any filters?

Nice perspective! It would be neat to see a Mono version of this as well.

I wonder what the red light means...
