This is to be found in Rotterdam, in Holland. It is a cafe or a restaurant or something.
It's not a joke, I think this is just shows the old, far west kind of stuff, the simplicty of way of life. But it can be seen with a bitter taste, too, as the american dream does not always turn out good.
