I like this kind of shot, when the title is just inside The wood is very interesting and has a decaying look that is very beautiful for a shot, the colors are nice, I would have increased a bit the contrast to enhance the dramatic effect. Bye, Max

Spiro,
Oh boy! I can't believe I missed this one. Very well seen and executed. You should have gotten many more comments on this one. It reminds me of a HC Bresson photo, where a bicycle is parked against a woman's breasts on a billboard.
Cheers,
Erik

I don?t hate constructions, they can be very interesting, but i agree about the cold.... This is a very unique shot.

Interesting shot, with something of a traditional seaside scene to it...

I shot it with a 200mm lens from quite a distance so I don't think they knew. I'm into candid shots, I don't do too many rehearsed photos. The statue is actually a small vertical white line on top of the mountain in the background.

Very neat capture...did they know you were photographing them? I like the way that you captured them in the stillness of thier momment together, while the rest of the city continues to do its own thing.
I dont see the statue...where should i be looking? Ive seen it before in pictures...is it to the left or right?

This is very original, really like the angle. Almost looks like a scene from a futuristic film.

Spiro - what an excellent capture. The DOF & angle you shot at is excellent. You maintained great color and the not-so-crowded beach makes the viewer wish they were there to occupy one of those chairs. Excellent work!

Quite a trio of friends, it seems. I love the different expressions on the faces. Winsome and sassy and coy. The colorful shirts and natural poses are fun too. I might have cropped in a little tighter to focus more on the expressions but I think your lighting on the dark faces was very well done.

It's a nice picture, but we have much more beautiful in Rio, do you agree?

I'll post an amazing landscape of Corcovado, lagoon, Leblon beach and Ipanema beach, every places together in one picture.

I love this place too, even with a large violence.

Good pictures!

Almerio.
