Nice composition and great use of the B/W for the image. The tones are really nice with the very good exposure! The reflection of the clouds on the water is really soft and nice.

Very sweet shot... great composition! You were lucky to find this mom and her babies! I've always loved Downey Woodpeckers but have never seen such a cute family like this. If I could make one suggestion, I think I would boost the contrast and lighten the image a bit. I give this a 7/7 because it's so darn cute!!
