Seems like this was taken on 12 Zil hajj when it rained in the afternoon. I was there at this place, had just finished rami before it started raining.
Great shot how did you get permission to shoot from that spot???

Good colour but the horizon appears very sloped which, for me, is very distracting to the extent that it overrides all other aspects of the image. Fixing the horizon will improve the photo 100 times.
