His/her idea of birdwatching is not the same as mine though :-o)!! He wants to make meal out of it! Nice feline pride & elegance shot!! ..........just a suggestion, crop out the blurry distractive foreground. Good DOF-control. Nice bumpin' into ye!! Regards,

Nice capture - glorious flowers in the background and the green of the grass sets "Kitty" off beautifully. Great contrast in textures in this shot. Jan

I like the stretch effect you did here. Well thought out - are you feeling a little pulled at by all sides? Great colors Evelyn. Thanks for all your comments.

Thanks for your insightful evaluation, Jim. I appreciate you taking the time to look at them and decide. I sure had a hard time deciding which to post -- which is why I posted all three

In regard to your question of preference, this is my favorite because of the soft sensual appearance. I like the pastel look. The other two each in thier own catagory, are very good. the detail on the first and the look of the unsaturated one.

Your remake of this picture is just right. With this one the green competes for interest with the beautiful blooms and water drops. Beautiful work. Don.

I was going to say that I feel like I'm looking at a Bread & Breakfast ad shot! How funny is that? Great work - surrealism effect here.

Somehow this reminds me of a glass paperweight, with wonderful colors and shapes. Either way, it's in my favorites. Well done!

This is a very interesting effect you created here, Evelyn. The flower looks almost like being transformed from inwards to outwards. Beautiful colors and composition.

Cheers, Markus and thanks for your comment.

I find it sort of weird that I'm saying this, but I like this one best of the three. Weird, because I usually like colour. There is something dramatic, but soft about this that is quite appealing. Without the droplets, I don't think it work the same. They definately add to this version.
Mary
