Digitally manipulated. But what RAW image isn't. As a CC photo I'd say that it's interesting. It suggests neon, and something manufactured, but the effect lessens with a brighter monitor.

Thank you Liz. The effect was the result of using the exposure adjustment tool in CS2. Played around with the exposure, Offset and Gamma sliders until I got this result. The image was originally taken in RAW and converted with ACR. No other post processing was applied.

There may be a sailboat that has seen better days...
but U No Who needs a lifeboat as he is so awfully pressed... never the less...
the one from Victoria will be celebrating her birthday soon, so in advance...
as although he has no lifeboat... the sailboat is on dryland... and he will be in the air between here and there...
so Young Lady... heartiest wishes... as the Greeks say... may you live to 100!

Amazing how selective the memory can be!
I found the picture I was thinking of but it wasn't nearly as good as I remembered. Perhaps the sea was a little too disturbed by the breeze.
Anyway, I much prefer yours - more vibrant colours and interesting shapes.

Thank you for the comment Richard. In a weekend where weatehr and light were fairly uncoperative, I was really pleased with this shot. I must add, we did get moments of wonderful lihgt (just few and far between).
