This is a nice frame shot, however the prop's do not look like they are spinning, but look like they stopped. The secret is to use shudder priority set less than 1/250 of a second, I usually photograph prop airplanes at 1/200 and then the prop have a nice spinning effect. Cheers Alvin

Hi Gord, We really do have a lot in common:) Our cottage is right near the dam at Palmer Rapids. Not far from Quadville at all. I've been taking shots of the old cars and trucks in that area ever since I started photography. A lot of your images are so darn familiar to me. Andre

It immediately ansiorbed my attention for the repeating "liquid" patterns already as a thumb, Gord, and the full size image looks even better. The "distorted" orthogonal lines and the colors of the image resemble fluidity very strongly and very well too. The details are quite nicely visible all over the place, which I think is due to your nice focus (and Dof too!!) and well balanced exposure. The straight diagonal lines bring the necessary tension against the chaotic patterns "behind" them.
