A perfect Split ratio, well done. The Ratio however is a little harsh and should be brought up too a 1:5 instead of the 1:9 that you have achieved here. A little fill should take care of this.

The model seems to static, try a foot backward and have the model put all his weight on that foot. This should create a nice S curve that we all look for in posing.

You also seem to be getting wrap around from the yellow gelled light in the background, try a flag.

Finally, the model looks bored have some fun!

Yellow? A bit, the colder version of this is well....too cold! Its not as inviting as this version. Thanks for the good words....

I think it is. I love the composition but the image is a tad bit dark for my tastes. It might just be my monitor though

I like these portraits much better than the serious ones. I think it shows their true personality.

That caption makes a great photo even better. I think you should print this, and add that caption on just as it is here.

Great photo,

The only two things I would change is a shallower (is that a word??) depth of field and adjust the cropping so we can see the top of her head.

I really like the non reflective sunglasses.

I rather like the sun "burning" through the flag. I think the only thing I would do is do a little work on his face, it seems a little flat.
