Yes Denver is a lovely place to stay. Surrounded with Mountains, Lakes, greenery. I am going back to my country (India) in September, but I am going to miss this place very much.

This picture is taken in a park named Washington Park which is located in heart of the city. We spent hours in this park. Last year summer one quite evening we were seeing sunset for hours and watching the way clouds took different formation. Luckily I had my camera. This picture was taken around 9 pm at night. We have sunlight here preety late in summer.

Hi Michael,
OK let me be honest. I did a trick with this pic. This pic was taken in midday when sun is almost on top. See the shadow of the flower behind? With early morning light (when fog can be expected) will have more elongated shadow

The original pic has blue cast. Thats a Sony white balance problem. In PS I created a white grad tranperency for for and did some color balace to remove the blue cast. I slightly enhanced yellow and green and reduced blue.

Thanks Michael for your criticism.

Thanks

Yes Michael, this is a fantastic location. Photographers paradise. Very challenging, but lots of oppotunities. I took pictures on Fuji Velvia Slides. Thanks for the sugession about darkening the side walls. I will try that and post it.

Alas I am still with a 2 year old camera - Sony V1 and it doesnot have RAW flexibility. May be I will still have to stay with Mutiple Exposure (Bracketting option) till I buy D200

Thanks for your great suggession. Appreciate your help.

Thanks

Thanks Amir. After seeing the result in my computer I thought a better capture point might have been slight towards left and around one foot elevated. That would have given more green, more red rocks and less black in the picture.

Thanks for your kind appreciations

Thanks
