It is quite simple. The picture is tilted 90 degrees. Somebody was keeping the glass a bit leaned. I used a flash gun off the camera and a with a piece of paper in background, on the top of a bar. This was the set that I used. I erased some shadows in PS.

I like the colours and the details on garlic, probably a closer aperture could give more DOF on the total image but the colours and the lights are really nice
