Looks more like a painting then a photograph. The slow shutter speed was a great touch. Theres nothing I dont like.

Amazing lighting. The long exposure makes for a truly unique image. The rocks and fenced look out look a little soft... perhaps a little sharpening of your image would make it even better.

Finally something worth looking at. Great mood, I have to congratulate You on choosing this location. The wavebreaker jutting out into the sea is very impressive as a symbol of man struggle agaist the nature it plays well against dark and cloudy sky. Excellent my fellow photographer! I will give You a 7 for finding this spot and for coming to photograph it at the right time.
