WOW! Great image John! However, I would have been tempted to title it Gypsy Moth, or something along those lines, and let the viewer figure out exactly what it really is. Superb! Best regards, Mark

You've added so many great images Mohamed ... I need to catch up and review them. Great abstract here ... and I love how these opportunities present themselves in such everyday, serendipitous ways. But, it takes a keen observer, like you, to really see them. Mark

John, This shot is as you said, "Straight out of the box". There was one adjustment that was necessary - I had to eliminate 2 or 3 small spots on the outer window. (Actually, it looks like I may have left one of them in the shot by mistake.) Mark

Hello Roberto, I love this image. The variations in the shades of blue, and composition ... simple and compelling. I have an image which I will post, that is similar (although not as good), but I am struggling with it. For some reason I am getting a Vaseline kind of look when trying to post - which doesn't appear to be there when I view it on the computer screen prior to posting. Mark

Beautiful sunset! I never get tired of seeing them! Looks as if it was pretty late, so very little light and you had to use a slow speed ...makes the surface of the water appear a little out of focus, but I suspect you had no choice under the circumstances. Cheers, Mark

Great! Long slivers of light, short ones... bright ones on the sand, others fighting to be seen amidst the froth of the sea. Quite an interesting find ... good eye. Well executed. Congrats. Mark

Ahhh, I've been there ... on the receiving side of a skunk! Nice observation, and insight to be drawn to capture this image. I only wish the hand in the foreground weren't so neatly arranged. It looks just a little to tidy for my taste. All in all, a very nice job. Mark

John, Excellent! I agree with your observation ... the transition of the patterns of light and color are very interesting along each section. They also seem to correspond to different times of the day from mid-day transitioning to sunset and the on=set of night. Very cool. Mark

Whoa! That's one impressive photo of one impressive storm cloud! Not only is the green and black wierd, but the section of golden sunset on the horizon which is still visible. Very nice work Todd! Oh, and I really love the way you've captured and conveyed the scale. Mark

Marian, The business men are waiting for their trip home! Very clever.
I think the image might be even stronger if it were cropped at the top so that you don't see the lights and ceiling, but you retain the dark brown line (as the upper edge)and draw more attention to the reflections from the lights on the wall. Mark
