Inside this shot there are two pictures:foreground is not really interesting but in foreground there is a fantastic light on sea and a cloudy nice sky.

Thanks to both for your comments.
This picture was cropped from another picture and this is part of it. Therefore, part of the man's arm is not on the picture. It was taken with a digital cam.
About the white string: I am not sure but it may be something on the man's cloth; but it was a good catch: thanks Cenk.
About the modified picture: I really liked it: In this way focus is given on the colorful parts: man's face and the tomatoes he is holding. Thanks again...

Very nice subject and composition. but as you might have noticed there is a big white string on the picture. Maybe its because you had it on your lense while taking the picture or it might be a dirt on yous scanner.
Just to give you an example I have played with the your orignal to make the man and the tomatoes he is offering with Photoshop. I have corected the levels since teh black level need the corecction. I have increased the contrast and sharpness. I have desaturated all the color channels but kept the red channell as it is. May be you like it better. Cheers
