Thank you for the comment Laphael. In terms of lighting, the day was overcast so lighting was poor; didn't want to over process too much.

Thanks for the comment Terry. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but I think my brother is thinking of picking it up. Seems like an awesome tool to have.

Love the tones. Solid composition w/ the leading line from the pier and the wide angle showing off the emptiness.

Hey Andre, it has been a while. Weather's been horrible and have been way to busy to go shoot in recent months. Hope to get out there soon and shoot some more though! Thanks for the comment.

A bit late on this on, however, a classic shot of the Golden Gate executed perfectly; especially with where the Transamerica Pyramid is positioned. I love how the towers glow at night, perfect shot Jinggoy.

It's not often motorsport shots get recognition on this site. Great panning work Winston, perfect accurate focus as well. Excellent work.

Hi Marcus, thanks so much for the comment. Sometimes you get lucky :) Getting shots like these makes me want to get a decent long telephoto and try more bird captures.

Hi Jinggoy,
Thanks a lot for the comment! As I'm sure you know, it's rather difficult to get decent bird photos without a long telephoto; and the 135mm is the longest I have. So as you mentioned, I did have to get pretty close for this shot. I think I was about 3-4 feet away, maxed out at 135mm. I was lucky I didn't spook them :)

Goes without saying Marcus, another beautiful capture of a hawk. I really like the lighting you've captured the bird in; shows off the detail wonderfully. Awesome stuff :)

That color sure stands out from it's surroundings :) Lots of character to these broken down, abandon cars - nice find and well captured Andre.
