So... hello again,
Wasn't much to alter this beautifull photo. Boosted up the contrast a tad more, highlighted the eyes with the dodge tool, idem for the ears and nose-tip. With the burntool I darkened the background so that Holly would stand out more from it. And that's it basicly :)
By the way nice touch the carpet or plaid with that feline motif....gives a tame animal a bit more wild 'air'.

yeah. sure have a go. I put the photo through PS (some levels and noise removal).....but I didn't have much of a go with the eyes.

Yeah....the eyes do look a bit dull....bit it is so hard to capture them ! They close so fast with camera flash....need to try more daylight shots.
This shot is bounce flash off the ceiling.....which keeps them blue (not red).... bit still not so good

A refreshing change, not the usual view of Whitby. I wouldn't put this one in the portfolio when you apply for the job as official Whitby tourism photographer, though!

This is an amazing night shot - you deserve the award. Your composition is most pleasing, the show is well lit (if you can call a night shot well lit :-) and it is tack sharp. Nice work indeed.
