Very subtle - I like the contrast of the sharp green against the soft white. Perhaps this effect could be emphasised even more?

This photo reminded me Steve McCurry's great portrait of an Afganian Girl, shot in Peshawar, Pakistan in 1984, published in National Geographic..
Your model is of course too much westerner.. But both are emotional, impressive..
