yep a lot goiong on b ut I wouldn't lose a bit. The hairdresser looks so commanding from that angle or perhaps it's that she's the only pro. and the room looks huge.
very nice.

Great shot, I think this would work well in black and white too, maybe even cropping out the boy to the left though I do like the busyness conveyed by the people.

thanks mark, you are right about the composition but for some reason it wrked for me, maybe it was because the girl was a bit uncommon herself, I took this a an ameteur fashion show, me being the biggest ametuerthanks for taking a look

I like the wide angle view. What makes it work is the little girl looking straight at the camera.

Interesting shot with an uncommon way of composing things. It does draw attention to the hair, and the man in the mirror.

Gosh, I know that dilemma. I would chuck them all into the freezer, and never get to develop them until a couple years later! LOLOL.

mark, congrats on the new camera, I love mine, and yes I have been super busy lately, still taking photos just no time to process them, I have about 20 rolls waiting now, but today I will finish setting up my dark room and will probably do some developing tonight

Hi Gary;

I just wanted to thank you for your comments on that phenomena with KL photograph. So have you been busy? I hope to see more of your work, especially with the Yashicamat 124G. BTW, I picked one up, mint for $175. Practically new. Take care.

vast emptiness, with bodies strewn about. feels like a war documentary after the fighting. has a peaceful quiet feel.

you compose very well Gary ? another example!
I really love this shot! It?s got everything that is important in a fine picture ? energy, beauty, atmosphere? already mention composition?
Love the title, and the Holga works great here ;-)
a favorite.

They say no two Holga lenses are the same, and I tend to believe it. This one is made just right for the coast. It's like a fond memory.

Beautiful scenery. It has a vintage feel to it, and looks sort of three-dimensional.

Frankly don?t much appreciate the (radio-activity) in this fine animal ;-)?
but what beautiful composition gary!!! You lucky to have the original (unembellished) neg. cause the picture is a beauty and stands high as is ? but fresh out of the camera?

very nice shot, I like the effect and the outcome is very nice. Holga? I have one around here somewhere, a beautiful light leaking medium format beauty.

One day is connected to the days past, and if we're lucky, to tomorrow. Looking out from places like this, one realizes how precious time is.

Ahh! That's what I wanted to see. Looks like it was designed to fit perfectly on the camera. I heard from some websites that the 52mm step ring's threads will cut its own threads into the Holga lensbody quite cleanly. That way, you can put filters on.
