This is certainly not Marylin Monroe, or Merlin Monro! It is just a regular tourist foto of a colage-scene of Mae West from the Salvador Dali Museum in Figueras. If the author visibly changed this Foto and then named it MM, it would be OK, but this way it is not even very original.
Sorry Pal, if you were there, then you should know at least what you were taking fotos of...

Sava,
Overall your image is good. The horizon is crooked and you have a vignetting issue but your overall composition is fine. Also your exposure is about a 1/3 off (underexposed).
I attatched a corrected image.
Don't forget criticism is mostly subjective so do and shoot as you like. Enjoy your photography!

image seems a little flat, and the horizon is crooked and almost centered. try using the rule of thirds in photographs like this

Perhaps this is a bit too high key - the white of his face is quite bright, however, i like the intimacy of the shot.
