Hi Nathan,
I really like the use of strong light, and grain.
I also like that it makes the eye search, to decipher the words on his hat and the nice abstract shapes in general,

yeh I think you are quite right, and something I thought about after I'd uploaded it. So easy to see in my own head how big it was, which was about 30ft, but I can see how it can look a lot smaller. Thanks for your comment
