The lighting is from the dim lights in the rotunda room and the sunlight coming through the windows in the dome (all around the painting)

Beautiful colours. Nice compostition. Hard to believe Queens could look so good! I might have cropped out the bit of white in the foreground. It distracts just a little .
Otherwise it's a great shot.
