A wonderful capture, I would never have come across something so abstract on my walks along the city - you are very lucky. Nice choice of frame too, doesn't interfere with the piece at all.

Creative idea to use the view to alternatively frame a photo - it really does help focus your attention towards the centre. Interesting story about the Nileo Meter too, well done!
