It's one of those "semi-finished materials", particularly when it goes into coffee; it's a raw material when is used for the icing of a wedding cake (in which case it does not come in cubes).

Yes it is "final" and "raw" in the same time.
I prefer sugar like a raw material: when I put one cube in my bitter coffee, final product has much much better taste :-)

What a nice shallow depth of field! I like it how the edge of the top cube falls into the detailed area. The textures are just perfect and the composition flawless.
The shape of the cubes, the order and arrangement look more for the "Final Product" project more than the "Raw Materials" one.
Sucré is a great shot.
