Rene, wat een speciale kleuren heb je op deze foto, ronduit prachtig. Ik weet niet wat dat is (veel bruin waardoor dit licht zo overkomt?) maar het is in elk geval heel fraai. Doet een beetje aan de oude meesters denken. Knap gedaan. Groet, Ted

Don't see anything of your struggle in the result, it's beautiful, again. I spent all afternoon with my mother and visited a few very nice gardens. Lokking for some purple flowers all the time. But I think I better let you do the purple thing. Can't beat you I think. Teddie.

It really is beautiful when you make the white parts white. The shadows are magnificent. I tried to crop a little and make the contrast as I like it. Maybe you like it too. (Hope so) Ted

Ik ben het eens met de eerste spreker. Het is irriteert een beetje dat de punt van de snavel niet scherp is. Je zou verder nog wat kunnen doen aan de achtergrond zodat die helemaal zwart wordt, dat is vaak erg mooi. En dat kippen niet stil zitten betekent dat je meer geduld moet hebben als fotograaf, niet dat hij dan wel een beetje onscherp mag zijn. Maar troost je, mijn foto's zijn ook bijna nooit wat ik ervan had verwacht. Groet, Ted

Del I used spectacles that are specially made to look at the eclips some time ago. Now I used it to protect my camera. I also made a hole in a piece of paper (those yellow sticky things) to cover the rest of my lens. The edge of the table in the garden served as a tripod. That's all.
