Hi Uwe, Your picture is actually nicely composed. I believe you follow "the rule of third" with the main subject at the bottom left of the picture. Unfortunately, your picture seems to be dull, due to some reasons. One thing maybe because of the wrong white balance setting. You might need to put the white balance on "fluorescence" since I think, most of the lighting here are fluorescense. Just a thought....

A pure love.... what a great title! But the picture shows it all! Great capture Ayse, the timing is very good, the mother and baby's expressions are similar. But I agree with Steve, there's too much yellow cast on the mother's face (that can be fixed with PS...). Regards to the mother and the baby...

Well, portrait kan juga bisa boss..... nggak usah landscape (tapi jadi nggak lebar sih...).
Btw, do you ALWAYS need 4:3? Good art comes in many sizes buddy.....

A proof that you don't need large glass (or big-humongus camera as you mentioned, lol) to capture such gracious picture... Nice color and clouds (don't blame it on the towers my friend, if it's not because of the buildings, how could you make such dramatic picture like this??????) Just a hint, to avoid leaning buildings (I don't know what the effect called), it's better to keep tall object in the middle part of the picture or use the PC lens. As in this one, I think it's better to crop the Hyatt Residence out of the picture, makes the entire scene more 'natural'.

Now this one is better my friend. Don't put family in one box, lol (on your previous picture, you make it as if you squeeze all those person in one window... just kidding though...). Well, very nice lighting for your wife & son, but it seemed a bit overexposed on the other family... Guess you should process those two side separately and fixed them together, using the pole as stitching point.... Well, don't play PS too much, it can be addicted though....
Cheers!

Very nice portrait job Larry. I don't know 'bout anybody, but for me the greenish background is OK, quite a synergy with the brownish shade on the model. Well, yeah, some whitish concrete on the top should be remade though..... But the lighting and composition is OK...

Hi Steve, it's just a room extension, I think.... It's actually a part of a large building, which protrudes outside and painted red. I'm not sure for what, but I think it's for admin room....

Nice composition. Terrific idea! Lovely shade of green.... just suggestion, I think it will be nicer if you isolate the fence and make them a bit bright white to enhance the composition......

Very nice capture! Very nice old church. Color rendition is good, lighting is very very good. The detail is very well preserved, you can see the paintings on the windows. Btw, imho, there's too many wires on this picture. It's hard to avoid, but I think there's something that can be worked out in PS...... Just a thought though..
