Amazing emotional appeal. Would a slightly ligher shade of lipstick helped..it seemed a trifle distracting to me. Overall..amazing snap. Great work in the exact blur of the background!

You've illustrated your theme very well. Lonely, yes, and for quite awhile by the looks of it. The angle you've chosen is dramatic. The subject is sharp, although there is not a lot of apparent detail because of the flat illumination. It's good to use the b+w mode because the white sky is usually not as objectionable as when it occurs in color. The little sprig of foliage at the top border seems disembodied and might better be cloned out. If in color, a time of day near dusk or dawn would provide more dramatic lighting and warm colors. On a project like this, you might want to experiment with many views and angles, rather than just one. Of course, they used to say "film is cheap" . . . but they don't say that any more!
