Without the young man coming from the right and the white scratch lower right...the shot would be a perfect composition, very moody and in the best tonality!

Perfect atmosphere created by the perfect lighting/toning and the immense DoF, Saintz! The moment is captured in a very expressive way!
The composition might have been purer without the boy at the rigt, since it somehow contradicts the rather strong atmosphere of solitute to have more than one persons on such an image. Also, that white scratch at the bottom should be cloned off. I add an attachment for a better demonstration fo the suggestion.

Nice concept. And the cop's look is amazing. I only wish there was more depth of focus so the "colored" guys'd fit more into the scene. But it doesn't take any merit from the image. I like it!
